Return & Repair Policy
In the case of defects in workmanship, returns may be made within 10 days from the date of purchase for a store credit only. We do not provide cash refunds or credits to credit card.
The following items cannot be accepted for return:
▪ Items with evidence of damage, wear, engraving, alterations or resizing by a jeweler other than Little Jewel.
▪ Improperly packaged or uninsured items
How to Return:
1) Follow the instructions on the original packing slip.
2) Include all original packaging, certificates and materials.
3) Ship your item fully insured. Insure your package for the total value of the contents and request a return receipt for confirmation.
4) All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
5) Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

6) You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
