Shipping Information

Shipping Method and Rate:

LittleJewel offers free shipping for orders over $150.00. Through USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.

Shipping Policies:
Each package that costs less than $150.00 will have a flat shipping rate of 12.95 per package.
▪ Little Jewel will not ship to a P.O. Box address
▪ Little Jewel will not ship to addresses outside of the U.S.
▪ A signature is required on all shipments.
▪ Insurance coverage is provided until your package reaches its destination
. Little Jewel is not responsible for any package lost or stolen after it is delivered by USPS

Delivery Information:
For finished jewelry pieces, orders will be shipped out within 2-5 business days.
Allow five more days for engraved items.

Order Tracking:
Customers will receive an email notification with the tracking number when an order has been shipped. To track USPS packages, please go to USPS website, to track UPS packages.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions:
All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. If for any reason we couldn't provide delivery service, we will notify the customer immediately by e-mail or phone, the customer's credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.
